Here you will find our shop policies, these are there to give you clear guidance on our expectations from customers, and what customers should expect from us.

At Little Moments Events & Planning, we strive to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable moments for your special occasions. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we have established the following event planning policies:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. We offer a 7-day FREE cancellation period, during which you can cancel your event and receive a full deposit refund. However, any cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposit and Payment

Upon checkout, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the total package cost. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin preparations for your event. An invoice will be sent to you 14 days prior to your event, detailing the remaining balance. We kindly request that the balance be settled before the event date to ensure a seamless experience.

Venues and Props

While we strive to provide the venues and props as agreed upon, please note that they are subject to change based on availability. In the event that a change is necessary, we will notify you in advance and provide suitable alternatives.

Damage Policy

We take great care in maintaining the quality of our venues and props. However, in the unfortunate event of any damage caused to the venue or props during your event, additional costs may be incurred to cover the value of the item or the damage caused to the venue. We kindly request that all guests adhere to the rules and guidelines provided, especially when using special items such as inflatables or soft play equipment.

Catering and Dietary Requirements

If catering is required for your event, please disclose any dietary requirements upon request. We want to ensure that all guests are accommodated and provided with suitable options.

Please be aware we cannot legally produce any copyrighted items including cut outs, backdrops, balloons and tableware. However we can adapt our colours to suit the theme of your party.
